Procedure for Operational Planning and Control of OHSMS
To plan, implement, control and maintain the processes needed to meet the OH&S requirements of our integrated management system, and to implement the actions determined in IMS planning process.

5. AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:
IMS Management Representative (IMR)
The IMR is responsible to ensure effective implementation of this procedure throughout the organization.
Members of QHSE Committee
They are responsible for effective implementation of this procedure in their respective departments.
6. METHOD:
The organization would plan, implement, control and maintain the processes needed to meet the OH&S requirements of its integrated management system, and to implement the actions determined in IMS planning process, by:
a) establishing OH&S criteria for the processes
b) implementing control of the processes in accordance with the criteria
c) maintaining and retaining documented information to the extent necessary to have confidence that the processes have been carried out as planned, and
d) Adapting work to workers.
Note: At our multi-employer workplaces (such as operations employing both our own staff and contractors’ personnel), the organization would coordinate the relevant parts of the integrated management system with the other organizations.
